Hi! I have a model who found her image being used as advertising for a dating site. This upset her a great deal. Upon contacting the dating site, they said they bought the image here. I have looked around, but cannot find the terms of use detail. Is this fair use? It would seem like dating sites could constitute defamation of character for certain people. Further, I always assure everyone that I work with that their images will not be used for pornographic purposes, and specifically not for dating sites. If it's Dreamstime's policy that this is fair use, that's fine, I will just pull certain images. Help! Need to figure this out and unruffle some feathers. posted in Terms of Service
