Once you are in the unfinished section, you see three buttons behind each file.
commercial RF -> you have to describe and keyword the file yourself.
RF (no keywords) -> DT does the keywording for you, but it costs 40 cents per file.
Editorial -> for newsworthy files only to be sold for editorial use.
Most probably you'll need the commercial RF button.
Pretty straigh forward from there on.

Just click on the green tab 'management area' on top of the page.
Then click 'pending files'. They should be there. If not, they might be in 'refused files', but I hope that's not the case...
Normally, reviewing takes about a week, but I think these (holiday)days it might take a little longer.
