
Today I got this message from DT:
"We cannot look up each individual refund, however we can tell you that one
of the most common reasons is credit card fraud from the customer's side.
While we take all measures of protection via security and technological
means, employing a sophisticated system to detect and limit fraud these
methods still have their limitations."
I think, the credit card fraud is indeed the most prevailing fraud in the e-commerce.
This is the negative part of e-commerce.
Im am hopeful, that this can be minimized by DT.
