It takes skill to properly use PS too, and I have only touched the surface on what I would like to do with it. I look through some of the photo's out here and it seems that I can tell which photo's have a lot of PS work, and I think they look good. I have set my goals to that skill, as this would open up a whole new part of this stock photo/illistration market. There definately seems to be a market out there for all, so keep doing what you like and have fun with this whole thing.
Yes, I do use photoshop and it depends on what the photo is and what my end goal is. It may be cloning things out, removing logo's, removing JPG artifacts, or a number of any other things.
For all those that claim to not use or need PS, I have one question. Is your camera set to not filter or adjust the image when it saves it to the JPG file. I can get great looking JPG files, but the raw always seem to need a little.
