I always attach the eps file to the jpg after I submit it. The option comes up, Do you wish to add an additional format? It hangs for a sec, then in little red print above, it says Operation Successful. You can check your images after they have been accepted into the system, either in pending status or in accepted status. You will see this text, if you attached an additional format: Additional format uploaded: YES, Encapsulated PostScript, pending review (disable) It usually takes a few weeks for the additional formats to be approved. Hope this helps, I haven't had any problems with it. I have some I just uploaded, several with initial jpg approval, and the eps is awaiting review right now, and several that have just been approved, so I'm sure it's working on my end.
